This report presents an in-depth comparative analysis of legal conditions and practices in the field of BLER. In connection with the declared advocacy goal, the report ends with a set of recommendations related to the company, national, and European Union levels.
Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the mechanism of alienation of the employee representative is universal in all countries. In Central and Eastern European countries, this effect is compounded by highly hierarchical socio-cultural structures.
During the project in each country, project participant was made a national report.
